Playing in the ball pit as a service for Adyen

Who doesn’t want to play carefree in a ball pit for an evening back in childhood? Oak & Morrow developed for Adyen an interactive playground that would help to promote their services.

Adyen is a very successful Dutch tech company that focuses on the development of innovative payment systems and techniques. They asked us to design and furnish a part of an event. Invited guests could get to know the new methods and techniques in a relaxed and inspiring way.

Full of enthusiasm we immediately started and developed an interactive playground using 4 stations, each with their own theme and mono-colour, which made it clear how easy, fast and safe the transactions are.

By making physical products and online payments tangible the stations helped to create a clear communication structure. The playground was very well received by the client and the guests. For the client, the playground was innovative and very successful. The development of the process benefited enormously from the transparent and flexible way of working with them.

When guards have to ask guests a couple of times to leave the ball pit and join the dinner,  you can be sure that the assignment was a great success. Any questions about spatial design? Please get in contact with Sophia.
