Empowering children to be the drivers of the energy transition
Today’s children are tomorrow’s adults: active consumers of energy. But what do they know about energy? And what if we could turn them into drivers of the energy transition?
Right now, our intern Giulia Caleca, an Industrial Design student from TU Eindhoven, is working on a project that focuses on empowering children to be the drivers in society for the energy transition. Currently she is creating a toolkit that can help children to learn and explore sustainable ways of generating and consuming energy in their everyday life.
We are very proud that Giulia is working together with the International School of The Hague to test out her concepts. She will be co-creating with a whole bunch of young people during the afternoons of Friday 2nd November and Friday 7th December.
