12 Feb 2016 The everything machine

This one is a new personal favourite: the machine to build absolutely everything. An app that allows kids and curious adults to build anything from a color coded music machine to a voice disguiser or a cookie thief catcher. Sounds exciting, right? “Make anything you can imagine.” Tinybop specializes in creating the toys of tomorrow. Every app is developed with enormous care and attention to detail. Through close collaborations with experts they ensure to get all facts in their knowledge heavy apps right. For the beautiful visuals of the apps they collaborate closely with a bunch of very talented illustrators. The everything machine is their second release in a series of digital toys. Next to those there are five apps to be found in the explorer’s library. These apps will take you on an adventure into the human body, let you dig deep into the planet and discover the secrets of nature among others. Their latest release is the app called the monsters that already looks very promising for those of us who still love to dream up purple haired creatures ;) In short, if their following trailer doesn’t convince you with how much love for the tiniest detail this company works, then I don’t know what would. An awe-inspiring stop-motion animation crafted out of paper and executed by the talented Kelli Anderson. (Yes, the one who also illustrated their human body app.) “In our apps, kids play and learn by diving into big ideas, seeing how things works, and making connections about the world they live in.” We cannot wait to see what they create for their upcoming weather app. To be continued…
